Resort Credits

Resort Credits are a program offered by the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. They are applied per room and can be used just like cash (service fees apply) towards tours offered by the resort, golf, spa & beauty salon services, as well as upgraded food & wine selections.

To use Resort Credits during your stay, visit the Hard Rock Riviera Maya Vacation Planners in the lobbies or contact them via email before you arrive! For booking spa, golf or tours in advance, email rick@rockgetaway.com with the subject line “Guest Attending Rock Getaway January 30 – February 3”.

How many Resort Credits will I get?

Resort credits are applied to each room, not per person. You will want to plan accordingly with your roommates.

• If you will be staying 4 nights: $750 Resort Credits
• If you will be staying 5-6 nights: $1,500 in Resort Credits
• If you will be staying 7-8 nights: $1,800 in Resort Credits

**There is a 20% service fee on all Resort Credit transactions. So, for every dollar you spend in Resort Credits, 20 cents will be charged to your room to be paid upon check out (which means you pay $20 for every $100 in Resort Credits you spend). The service fee can only be paid with cash or credit card. Resort Credits cannot be used to pay your final room bill. A credit card is required upon check-in to secure your Resort Credits.

What can I use my Resort Credits for?

Hard Rock Tours: 

• Sunset sailing tour
• Visits to local cenotes
• Adventure parks
• Ruins

The tours are scheduled directly with the tour company and are not private to Rock Getaway guests. They are also subject to change depending on the time of year. Please be mindful these tours are not specialized to our schedule so some of them have start and finish times that don’t work with the many activities & concerts during the Event. You can easily book these with the Vacation Planners located in each lobby and at check-in. 

Spa & Salon:

• Deep tissue massages
• A variety of wraps
• Facials
• Aromatherapy
• Manicures & pedicures
• Hair styling & cuts

All spa packages include complimentary use of the Spa’s hydrotherapy facilities on the day of your scheduled appointment. Plus, there is no limit to how many Resort Credits can be used at the Spa so treat yourself! Spa appointments can also be booked through the Vacation Planners located in each lobby.

Upgrades at Hard Rock:

Golf:

• You can also book rounds of Golf at Hard Rock Golf Club Riviera Maya. This course has 18 holes and offers club rentals. The Vacation Planners located in each lobby can help you find a Tee Time that works!
